Ingredients
- 8 small potatoes, pared and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cups milk
- 8 pork chops 3/4 inch thick
- Orange (optional)
Directions

Place layer of potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper, and dot with butter.

Repeat until all potatoes are used; pour in milk. Lay pork chops on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. A slice of orange may be placed on each chop for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
