Ingredients
- 1/2-1 lb. lean pork, cut up
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups celery, cut up
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 5 cups meat stock or 5 bouillon cups in 5 cups boiling water
- 1-2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp., pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

Brown meat and onion in hot fat. Add celery, green pepper, rice, meat stock, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cover; simmer 40 minutes. Remove cover last 10 minutes. Serve hot in shallow bowls.
