Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 lb. turkey kielbasa
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) shredded red cabbage
- 3 Granny Smith apples, cored, and grated
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
Directions

In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper and salt. Whisk in olive oil until blended. Set aside.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick coating spray. Heat over medium-high heat and then add kielbasa, sliced. Cook 4 minutes, turning until browned. Remove to a plate.

Add cabbage, apples, cider vinegar and caraway seeds. Cook 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in kielbasa and dressing.
