Apple Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup dark mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free caramel topping
  • lite whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

  1. Core and thinly slice the apples. Place then in a bowl, cover with pineapple juice and let sit for a few minutes. This will prevent the apples from turning brown before you serve them. Drain on paper towel and then place the apples on a serving dish. Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts and top with whipped topping.
