Ingredients
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup raw white rice
- 1 medium apple, chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients except rice and apple, in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid.

Microwave for 6 to 7 minutes on high, or until boiling. Stir in rice, recover.

Microwave for 18 to 20 minutes, on low, or until rice is tender. Stir in apples; recover.

Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, on reheat, or until hot.
