Caramel Coated Kettle Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) bags Kettle Korn, already popped

Directions

  1. Stir together the brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly 2 1/2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl and make sure any unpopped kernels are removed. Pour glaze over popcorn and stir until coated. Serve.
