Sweet and Sour Meat Slices

I liked it. Can use fresh meat too

Categories: dinner- leftover meat
Ingredients
- 1 pound leftover beef or pork roast (or fresh meat)
- 2 TBS flour
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup hot water
- can add 1 tsp grated onion, 2 tsp drained horseradish ( I don't use these)
Directions

Cut meat into 1/4 slices; roll in flour; Brown lightly in heavy fry pan.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.

Cover; cook over low heat 15-20 minutes
