Ginger-Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (1 to 1/4 lb. each)
  • 2 cups regular chicken broth
  • 4 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; refrigerate 24 hours.

  2. Remove pork; discard marinade. Grill over medium hot coats, turning occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes or until temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
