Grilled Fresh Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 (4 to 6 oz.) tuna steaks
- 2 (8 oz.) bags Mediterranean salad blend

Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and salt. Whisk in mustard, pepper, oregano and thyme. Slowly drizzle in oil whisking until thickened. Reserve 1/4 cup for salad.

Pour remaining dressing into a large glass dish; add tuna and marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, turning occasionally. Remove tuna; discard marinade.

Grill tuna 2 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

In a large bowl, dress salad with reserved dressing. Serve salad topped with grilled tuna.
