Marinara Sauce Alla Laquatra

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. DeLallo Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 Tbsp. DeLallo Extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 (28 oz.) can DeLallo Imported Italian Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped

Directions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package directions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden to infuse oil. Remove garlic from pan and discard. Saute tomatoes and parsley in oil to 10 minutes. Add fresh basil. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toss with hot gnocchi in saucepan to coat.
