Ingredients
- Black peppercorns – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cloves – 25
- Dried red chili – 12 (use kashmiri for bright red color)
- Cumin seeds – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander seeds – 2 1/2 tablespoons
- Fennel seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon sticks – 6 (1 inch size)
- Black cardamom – 1
- Bay leaves – 2
- Curry leaves – 6-8
- Black salt – 1/4 teaspoon
- Amchur powder (Dried mango powder) – 2 teaspoons
Directions

Dry roast all ingredients except for amchur and Black salt. colour should not get changed. powder them and add the amchur/black salt. Use it for preparing Paav bhaaji
