Ingredients
- 1 pork roast
- Salt/pepper/ garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 glass water
- sliced onion
Directions

Salt/ pepper and small pieces of garlic inserted into slits on pork roast.

Add glass of water and

Cook on top of stove in dutch oven with lid on.

3 or so hours, Then

1 hour before serving:

Add onion and move into oven with a touch of juice from cooking

Bake 275-300 1 hour
