Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 pork roast
  • Salt/pepper/ garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 1 glass water
  • sliced onion

Directions

  1. Salt/ pepper and small pieces of garlic inserted into slits on pork roast.

  2. Add glass of water and

  3. Cook on top of stove in dutch oven with lid on.

  4. 3 or so hours, Then

  5. 1 hour before serving:

  6. Add onion and move into oven with a touch of juice from cooking

  7. Bake 275-300 1 hour
