Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 # chuck roast
  • 1 diced clove garlic
  • 1/4 stick melted butter
  • Add 1 sliced onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 pkg dry beef mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Brown meat in butter and garlic and last 10 minutes of browning add onion slices

  2. Wrap in foil and top with tomatoes and beef mushroom soup

  3. Bake 300 deg for about 6 hours
