Ingredients
- Baked Potatoes- still warm
- Save shells to refill
- Potato pulp
- butter
- salt/pepper
- cream cheese
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- pimento diced (opt)
- parsley to top potato
- Bacon Bits
Directions

Mix together potato pulp and butter etc (I use hand potato masher)

Do not mix in parsley or bacon bits

Refill potato skin 1/2s and can top with light sprinkle of parsley and Bacon bits

Bake 350 for 20-25 min
