Mashed Potato Casserole

Can make ahead 1-2 days

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - cooked
  • 6 oz cream cheese- room temp
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 2 T butter- soft

Directions

  1. Mash potatoes

  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter

  3. Can refrigerate 1-2 days with tightly sealed lid

  4. To bake:

  5. Room temperature casserole

  6. Bake 350 deg for 30 min with lid on
