Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can mashed black beans-rinsed
  • chopped onion
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 jar peach, mango, or raspberry salsa
  • Monterey jack cheese about 5 oz

Directions

  1. grease glass pie plate with Pam

  2. Put in mashed black beans

  3. Then layer cream cheese, next onion, then salsa
  4. Top with Monterey jack cheese

  5. Bake 350 deg until bubbles

  6. Serve with sturdy chip and/ or crackers
