Ingredients
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups golden raisins
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a pie plate with one of the unbaked pie crusts.

In a heavy saucepan, combine the water and raisins and cook until raisins are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Do not drain.

In a bowl, beat eggs with the flour. Add to raisin mixture and stir. Add sugar and mix well. Cook even medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches desired thickness. Add butter and stir until melted.

Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate. Top with a gashed or lattice crust.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
