yellow cake/pineapple filling

Ingredients

  • 1 baked yellow cake
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • Frosting:
  • 1 large vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • Toasted cocoanut

Directions

  1. Bake yellow cake according to pkg instruction

  2. While warm, poke holes in cake and pour pineapple onto cake

  3. Chill

  4. Frosting:

  5. mix vanilla pudding mix with milk

  6. Add cream cheese and beat all together

  7. Top with toasted cocoanut
