- 1 baked yellow cake
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Frosting:
- 1 large vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 8 oz softened cream cheese
- Toasted cocoanut
Directions

Bake yellow cake according to pkg instruction

While warm, poke holes in cake and pour pineapple onto cake

Chill

Frosting:

mix vanilla pudding mix with milk

Add cream cheese and beat all together

Top with toasted cocoanut
