Ingredients
- 1.5 c water
- 3/4 c bulgar wheat
- 1 med tomato cut into cubes
- 1 med cucumber, peeled, seeded, cut into cubes
- 2 T fresh mint, chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook the bulgar and then combine with all other ingredients.
