Cocoanut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 2 C white sugar
  • 2 16 oz cartons sour cream
  • 2 9oz packages frozen cocoanut

Directions

  1. Bake yellow cake mix in 2 8 inch cake tins

  2. When cool, split each cake layer in 1/2

  3. Mix sugar, sour cream and cocoanut and ice layers of cake

  4. Cover tightly with foil and leave in refrigerator for 2-3 days
