Ingredients
- 1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
- 2 C white sugar
- 2 16 oz cartons sour cream
- 2 9oz packages frozen cocoanut
Directions

Bake yellow cake mix in 2 8 inch cake tins

When cool, split each cake layer in 1/2

Mix sugar, sour cream and cocoanut and ice layers of cake

Cover tightly with foil and leave in refrigerator for 2-3 days
