Roast Salmon with Wasabi Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided use
  • 4 (5 to 6 oz.) salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 2 tsp. wasabi powder
  • 4 tsp. water
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Brash roasting pan with 1 Tbsp. oil. Lay salmon, skin-side down, in pan. Brush salmon with remaining oil; season with salt. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until just cooked through.

  3. Meanwhile, dissolve wasabi powder in water. Whisk into sour cream and season to taste with salt. Add more wasabi if desired. Serve with salmon.
