Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 large apple, cored, cut in eighths and thinly sliced
- 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimps, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Swiss- cheese strips
- 6 lettuce cups (optional)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- Prepared horseradish to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley sprigs
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients, toss lightly and divide in 6 individual serving dishes or into 6 lettuce cups.

Combine and mix well next 4 ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon dressing on salad and garnish each serving with parsley sprig.
