Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- oil
Directions

Combine rice, vegetables, egg, grains and soy sauce.

Mold into patties.

Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture.

In hot skillet, brown in oil on both sides
