Prociutto, Mozzerella & Fig Salad

Ingredients

  • Arugula or Spinach
  • figs, fresh or dried
  • Panino brand prociutto, mozzerella and basil roll
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • honey
  • pecans

Directions

  1. Mix together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to create the dressing to your taste

  2. chop the meat, cheese, basil and figs and put onto bed of arugula or spinach

  3. add pecans

  4. toss with dressing
