Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. pork back ribs
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

Allow charcoal to burn down to a fine gray ash. Place ribs on grill, rib ends down. Grill about 5 inches from heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning to brown evenly.

Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn and brush ribs frequently with glaze during last half hour of cooking.
