Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup chopped, dried apricots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

Combine water, apricots and raisins in 2 cup glass measure.

Microwave for about 2 minutes, on high, or until boiling.

Combine brown sugar, oil and egg, mix well. Stir in fruit mixture and nuts. Add remaining ingredients; stir, pour into (9 × 5) glass loaf dish.

Microwave for 6 minutes on simmer.

Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, on high, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
