Apricot- Orange Nog

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 16 oz. can apricot halves (juice-pack)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ripe medium banana, cut up

Directions

  1. Chill orange juice and undrained apricots. In blender container combine chilled orange juice, skim milk, vanilla, undrained apricot halves and cut up ripe banana. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into small juiced glasses. Serve immediately.
