Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped apricots or peaches
- 1/4 cup chopped avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lime or lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Directions

In a bowl, stir together apricots or peaches, avocado, tomato, lime or lemon peel, lime or lemon juice, green onion, and rosemary. Cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
