Apricot Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans apricots in syrup, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, diced
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Put both gelatins in large bowl and add 2 cupos boiling apricot juice, adding enough water to make 2 cups, if not enough juice. Mix until dissolved. Add diced cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Mash apricots slightly and add to gelatin mixture. Fold Cool Whip into mixture.

  2. Pour into 13 × 9-inch pan. Chill overnight. Maybe

  3. kept in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Spoon serve, or cut into squares.
