Ingredients
- 1/2 envelope (1/2 tsp) unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/8 tsp. Sweeta
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle gelatin on milk. Set over hot water; stir until gelatin dissolves.

Beat egg yolks. Pour hot milk mixture on yolks. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats spoon. Stir in Sweeta.

Pour hot mixture slowly on peanut butter. Stir until blended. Cool. Fold in dates and vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff; fold in. Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until set.

Unmold; garnish with whole pitted dates stuffed with peanut butter, if desired.
