A Peach of a Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 cups chopped fresh Georgia peaches, divided
  • 6 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
  • 3 oz. sliced Canadian bacon
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a 9 × 13-inch pan.

  2. Unroll dough and press into prepared pan. Top with 1 cup peaches, then cheese. Arrange Canadian bacon, onions peppers and remaining peaches on top.

  3. Bake on lowest rack in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Serve hot.
