Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. nonfat Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Directions

Combine artichoke hearts, red pepper, mayonnaise, water, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, basil and oregano in bowl.

Transfer to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
