Artichoke Hearts with Wild Rice

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) wild rice mix
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

Cook contents of ricr and seasoning packets in water according to package directions, omitting butter.

Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain well. Melt butter and combine with lemon juice.

Add artichoke hearts to hot cooked rice. Pour lemon butter over rice and artichokes and mix lightly. Serve immediately.
