Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cup margarine
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 9 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a very large mixing bowl, cream sugars, margarine and oil together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Add dry mixture to sugar- egg mixture and mix well.

Form dough into walnut-size balls and place on greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
