Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and drained chickpeas (garbanzo)
  • 4 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mash chickpeas. Mix mashed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

  2. Serve with flatbread.
