Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and drained chickpeas (garbanzo)
- 4 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Mash chickpeas. Mix mashed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Serve with flatbread.
