Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped watercress
- 1 can (2 oz.) rolled anchovies with capers
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables such as radishes, celery and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli flowerets or thinly sliced zucchini.
