Ingredients

• 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 9 to 10 inch angel food cake
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
• 3
• Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
• shaved chocolate

Directions

1. Combine pudding mix with milk and cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly.

2. Split angel food cake in 2-3 layers; spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioners’ sugar and garnish with shaved chocolate.
