Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 9 to 10 inch angel food cake
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 3
- Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- shaved chocolate
Directions

Combine pudding mix with milk and cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly.

Split angel food cake in 2-3 layers; spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioners’ sugar and garnish with shaved chocolate.
