Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian bread shells (Boboli)
- 4 Tbsp. prepared basil pesto
- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained well, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or provolone cheese
Directions

Place the bread shells on a baking sheet. (Lined with foil if desired.

Spread each shell with a Tbsp. pesto. Top with the artichoke hearts and cheese.

Bake in a 450 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
