Ingredients
- 1 can of black olives and/ or green olives, drained
- 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms
- mozzarella cheese, cubed
- sliced carrots
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkg. mixed broccoli and cauliflower
- 1 bottle prepared Italian salad dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- wooden skewers 8-inches long
Directions

Skewer the veggies and the cheese in whatever order you prefer. Put the veggie skewers into a wide- mouth mason jar or glass and add the salad dressing to cover the vegetables.

Marinate several hours or overnight. Drain on a paper towel before serving.

Serving suggestion: Cut a small head of cabbage in half, lay the cut side down in a plate, and insert the skewers into the cabbage.
