Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 cups green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 cup tomato puree
Directions

Fry beef.

Add onions, celery, green peppers, and garlic and sauté with beef.

Stir in tomatoes and tomato puree.

Add seasonings.

Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes.

Add beans and simmer 30 minutes longer.
