Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions

In large bowl, combine yogurt, mustard and horseradish. Add remaining ingredients, toos to mix well.

Refrigerate to chill.
