Ingredients
- 1 T yeast
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup white flour (additional)
- italian seasonings and garlic powder
Directions

Dissolve yeast in bowl and let rest 5 minutes.

Stir in whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, seasonings, garlic powder, olive oil and 1 cup white flour.

Knead in 1/2 cup white flour until smooth and elastic.

Grease medium bowl.

Place doug in bowl and turn. Cover and rise 15 minutes.
