Ingredients
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 lb beef top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted, divided
- 2 tsp peanut or canola oil, divided
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 small sweet yellow pepper, julienned
- 1 cup hot cooked brown rice
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients until blended; set aside.

In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry beef and 1 tsp sesame seeds in 1 tsp oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.

Stir-fry broccoli in remaining oil for 2 minutes. Add pepper; stir-fry for 4-6 minutes longer or until veggies are crisp-tender.

Stir cornstarch mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cool and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Add beef; heat through. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds.
