Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 4 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 beef flank steaks

In a large Ziploc bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill the beef, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Let stand for 5 minutes; thinly slice across the grain.
