Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced red potatoes
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
Directions

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain.

Place potatoes in a 13×9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Top with pork chops and marinara sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until it reaches 145 and the potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
