Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions

Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add the garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain.

Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture and heat through.
