Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. steak, cubed
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 5 1/2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir well.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then LOW for 4 hours.
