Chicken and Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 6 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick of butter, cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until nice and juicy. Cool completely. Cut into bite-size pieces.

  2. In a medium bowl, add chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chicken broth and seasoning salt.

  3. Stir bread crumbs with butter (set aside some for topping), then mix that in also. Top with remaining buttered breadcrumbs.

  4. Bake at 360 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Cook until a nice golden brown. Serve hot.
