Mother’s Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
- 1 can vegetable ABC soup
- 1 15 oz. can chopped tomato
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil to sear meat
Directions

Salt and pepper the meat, then sear in oil until browned. Add meat to the slow cooker along with the can of soup and the can of tomatoes.

Cook on low for about 6 hours or until meat is tender and gravy is thick.
