Grilled Lemon-Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 6 chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. In a large Ziploc bag, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add the chicken; seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  2. Drain and discard marinade. Oil a grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
